I origionally trained to be potter at Hammersmith College of Art where I studied Ceramics, Sculpture and Glass. On qualifying I moved to Paris where I had a studio for 10 years, producing domestic stoneware and one off pieces. Returning to the UK I set up a studio in Sussex. I became HOD of Ceramics at St Leonards Mayfield School and continued to produce my own work which over the years has become mainly sculptural. Now I work full time in my studio producing work in either Raku or Stoneware inspired by the rural environment in which I live. I supply Galleries in the South East and work to commission.
